Eligibility for Refunds
Our money-back guarantee applies only if your product:

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for shower heads or accessories that have been used or installed.
Please note: Results may vary from person to person. While we provide clear product descriptions and expected benefits, we cannot guarantee identical outcomes for every customer. To get the best experience, we recommend following the usage instructions provided on the packaging.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Because orders are processed quickly, cancellations or changes are only possible within 12–24 hours of purchase.
If your order has already been shipped or fulfilled, we cannot cancel or modify it.
To request a cancellation, email us at support@befiltrex.com with your order number.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@befiltrex.com. Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage.
Once verified, we’ll send you a free replacement. A return of the damaged item is not required.
Note: Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or neglect is not covered.

Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. A trackable shipping method is required — refunds cannot be processed without one.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–7 business days.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. In these cases, we will share delivery confirmation and tracking details so you can follow up with the courier.
