Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • Befiltrex is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once the correct details are provided — but additional shipping fees may apply.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Befiltrex is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If this occurs, please contact your local courier with the tracking information for further assistance.


International Orders

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local customs clearance. Please allow additional time for your order to pass through customs.

Delivery Estimates: We ship all across the U.S. using FedEx Express. You can expect your order to arrive within 4-11 business days after it is processed. However, please note that these are estimates, and there may be occasional delays.

We're happy to offer free shipping on all orders within the U.S. That's right, no minimum purchase required!


What to Expect in Case of Delays:

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, there may be instances where delays are unavoidable. This could be due to factors outside of our control, such as:
Natural disasters or other uncontrollable events
Carrier delays, including customs clearance
Please note that LumaTech is not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by these circumstances.

Risk and Loss:

All items purchased from us are subject to a shipment contract. This means that once we deliver your order to the carrier, the risk of loss and ownership for those items transfers to you.


Claims Processing:

We understand that mistakes can happen. If you receive a lost, missing, incorrect, or damaged item, please report it to us within 7 calendar days of the order being marked as delivered.

For wrong/damaged items, please include pictures with your report.
To ensure a smooth claims process, please be aware that LumaTech reserves the right to limit or reject reshipments and/or refunds on orders/items in certain situations. In cases where we issue a courtesy reshipment, the reshipment order is not eligible for return and/or refund.

Duties and Taxes:

Please be aware that you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and any other charges levied by the destination country upon receipt of your order. LumaTech is not responsible for these fees. We recommend contacting your local customs office for estimates of any duties or taxes that may apply to your order.

In the case of a return or exchange due to duties or taxes levied upon receipt, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Any original shipping costs covered by our free shipping offer will not be refunded.

Abandoned Packages:

If a customer chooses to abandon their package for any reason after it has been shipped, they will be responsible for the full cost of the order, including any original shipping fees and return shipping costs that may be incurred.
